Are you an organization in Nepal that has made significant contributions to Disaster Risk Reduction and Business Continuity Management? Do you want to be recognized for your efforts in building resilient communities and businesses? If so, NBI invites you to fill up this form to submit your interest and nomination to participate in our Symposium and Award Ceremony on June 5, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.
NBI, in collaboration with USAID Tayar Nepal, is hosting a celebratory event titled "Business Resilience Award", to acknowledge, recognize and
honor the organizations/businesses that have participated in and contributed to
DRRM.
An independent jury committee will evaluate your submissions and select the winners to be awarded at the June 5th event. Your submissions will be shortlisted and considered for the award. Jury will conduct further evaluation to select winners.

Selection Criteria:
1. Business Continuity Management (BCM)/(Business Continuity Plan) BCP Perspective:
- Evidence of training participation related to BCM/BCP
- Implementation of Business Continuity Plans
2. Safety and Security Perspective:
- Protocols and practices in place for ensuring safety and security in times of disasters
3. Awareness Perspective:
- Initiatives taken to generate awareness about Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
4. Investment Perspective:
- Investments made in improving disaster resilience and business continuity
5. Impact Perspective:
- Demonstrated impact of DRRM and BCM initiatives on the organization and its stakeholder
6. GEDSI Perspective (Gender, Equality, Disability/Diversity, and Social Inclusion):
- Inclusion and accessibility practices and policies related to DRRM and BCM
