The Friends of Adult Education Erin VanFossen Scholarship was created to assist adult students in Buckeye Career Center’s Full-Time Programs and remove financial barriers.

Applications are accepted February 15-July 31 each year. To qualify for scholarship funding, all Buckeye Career Center Adult Education entrance requirements must be met by July 31 and include:

  1. Application to Full-Time Program
  2. Register with Student Services
  3. Complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) – Available at StudentAid.gov
  4. Complete your Intake Information with the Buckeye Career Center Adult Education Counselor
  5. Pass all portions of your WorkKeys entrance exams
  6. Register with OhioMeansJobs – Available at jobseeker.ohiomeansjobs.monster.com

Scholarship award will be paid directly to Buckeye Career Center Adult Education upon proof of enrollment and acceptance into the program. This scholarship is designed to provide part of your tuition; full tuition will not be awarded.
