LIS Permanent Pickup 2022-23
I understand the procedure to have my children placed on the the LaBrae Intermediate Permanent Pickup list is as follows:
Complete & Submit the following form PRIOR to the first day of school.
Agree to be in line in the front of the building by 3:20 p.m.
Agree to have the correct identification sign in my car and visible to the Permanent Pickup Staff.
Agree that if you do not have the sign, you or your designated person(s) will go to the LIS office and sign out your child(ren).
Agree that if you have children at both Bascom & LIS, that you will pick your Bascom child first, and then your Intermediate child.

My submission of this form means:
You understand that my child will not be put on the bus.
You or your designated person(S) will be in front of the building by 3:20 p.m.
If an emergency arises and you cannot pick up my child, you will call the office by 2:30 so appropriate accommodations can be made.
