Conditions of Hire
The following are the terms and conditions for the rental of Hall Equipment
Rent Payment
The rent payment is payable up front via Cash or Bank Transfer
Bonds
A refundable bond maybe required for rental of Equipment of $100 or at the Hall Committees Discretion
Delivery and Pick-up
The Customer shall pick and drop off from the Community hall at a agreed time with a Committee Member
Customer Responsibility
All equipment shall be returned in the same condition as it was hired . In case of damage, a separate assessment shall be made for its repairs or replacement. In case of damage, Customer shall be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage due to causes of ordinary wear and tear.
Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges and certifies that they understand the contents of this agreement. They have had a sufficient opportunity to ask for clarifications which are unclear in this agreement and have been satisfied by the response given to them by a committee representative. By agreeing this agreement, they agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions as below check box
