7th Grade Camp Transportation Form

Please fill out this form if you do NOT plan on using the provided bus transportation.

If you elect to not use the school provided transportation, you will be responsible for transporting your student to and from camp each day.

Students will need to be dropped off at camp no later than 9:45am. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should arrive to pick up by 4:45pm.

Drop off/Pick Up at the Malachi Dining Hall entrance, not at the horse barn. The two entrances are separated by approx. 100 yards.
