Thanks for registering for our PBTC School Track Out Camp! Please fill out the following form to complete your registration. The information requested will be used to help facilitate your child's instruction with virtual learning. We understand that some information required may be at the mercy of the child's instructor at their school, as they continue to figure out a plan. Please fill out as much information as you can 24 hours prior to your child's first day at Track Out Camp. If you are registering more than one child in your household, please complete this form for each child attending.
