Scheduling Considerations for 20-21
Our goal at Whitt is for your child to receive an excellent education and to develop a positive relationship with his/her teacher. Scheduling decisions will be made by a committee consisting of administrators, teachers, and the counselor. Students who receive services such as speech, ESL, Alpha Phonics, GT, inclusion, or advanced academics will be placed with teachers whose classrooms provide these services. Please note, previous sibling placement does not guarantee current child placement.

Scheduling requests for 2019-20 must be made using this form and must be received by April 17, 2020.

• Students in 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade will have two teachers next year: ELAR/Social Studies and Math/Science.
• Students in Kindergarten and 1st grade will have one homeroom teacher.
