Application Submission Information and Requirements
The SGX3's Workforce Development team will offer two summer programs for students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Please find details about each program at: 

To apply for one of these programs, you will need to submit the following:

1) This completed Google Form
2) One letter of reference. You will submit their information as part of this form, but they will also need to submit the letter of support to help@sciencegateways.org
3) Copies of your transcripts. Transcripts should be sent to help@sciencegateways.org
4) If you are a graduate student applying for the internship program, you are also required to submit a 2-page abstract of your current research. Please send to help@sciencegateways.org

*IMPORTANT: please be sure to include your name and document type in all file names that you send, such as “Jane Doe Transcript.pdf”

We will begin to review applications on April 30, 2023. The review process will continue on a rolling basis until all slots are filled.
