Terms & Conditions: 

1. Trade-In Acceptance: We accept breast pumps of any brand for the purpose of trading them in to receive a discount on the purchase of any Imani breast pump. 

2. Condition Criteria for Trade-In Pumps:

- Working Condition: Trade-in pumps must be in working condition.

- Wear and Tear: Accept pumps with reasonable wear and tear but reject pumps with severe damage or missing parts that render them unusable.

- Age of Pump: Pumps beyond a specified maximum age limit may not be eligible for trade-in.

- Power Adapter: Trade-in pumps must include a compatible power adapter/charger.

- Visual Inspection: We reserve the right to conduct a visual inspection of each trade-in pump to ensure it meets the specified condition criteria.

- Discretionary Evaluation: We may evaluate pumps on a case-by-case basis and make the final determination of eligibility.

- Return Policy: All trade-ins and purchases made through the trade-in program are considered final, and ineligible pumps will not be returned.


3. Non-Applicability: This trade-in offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.

4. Power Adaptor Requirement: All trade-in pumps must include a power adapter/charger to be eligible for trade-in.

5. Single Item Trade-In: For customers purchasing a single Imani breast pump, one trade-in pump is required to be eligible for a discount. The discount will be 15% off the purchase price of the Imani breast pump, with a maximum discount of RM100, whichever is lower.

6. Double Item Trade-In: For customers purchasing a double Imani breast pump, two trade-in pumps are required to be eligible for a discount. The discount will be 15% off the purchase price of the Imani breast pump, with a maximum discount of RM200, whichever is lower.

7. Online Exclusive: This trade-in program is exclusively available at our official website www.imanimalaysia.com.

8. Account Creation: Participants must create an account or sign in at our website www.imanimalaysia.com to participate in the trade-in program.

9. Review and Approval: We reserve the right to review and approve each trade-in request to verify eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions.

10. Return Policy: All trade-ins and purchases made through the trade-in program are considered final, NO exchanges, returns & refunds are allowed.

11. Privacy Policy: Information collected during the trade-in process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

12. Shipping and Handling: Participants are responsible for the cost of shipping their trade-in pump to our designated location.

13. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and customers will be notified of changes through our website or other communication channels.

14. Customer Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to all program rules and requirements.

15. Use of Discounts: Discounts obtained through the program are applicable solely toward the purchase of Imani breast pumps and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

16.  Shipping Fee for New Pump: WM: Free shipping; EM: RM10 subsidize.

  • Fill out this trade-in participation registration. Provide accurate information as requested.
2. Submit the Online Form:
  • After completing this form, click the "Submit" button to send your trade-in request to us.
3. Prepare the Pump for Trade-In:
  • Prepare the breast pump you intend to trade in.
  • Ensure the pump is in the condition specified in the program terms and includes a power adapter/charger.
4. Pack and Ship to Us:
  • Safely pack your trade-in pump to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Ship the pump to the designated address provided on our website.
  • Cover the shipping costs, as participants are responsible for shipping expenses.

  • After we receive your trade-in pump, our team will inspect it based on the specified condition criteria.
  • We will notify you via WhatsApp to confirm the eligibility of your trade-in.
  • Once your trade-in is approved, you will receive instructions on how to purchase a new Imani breast pump with the applicable discount.
