Initial family meet-and-greet luncheon; women’s and men’s gatherings; workshops; dinner; exhibit hall

Friday, April 26, 2024 - Symposium
Full day of educational sessions, exhibits, dinner, and Friday night hangout event

Saturday, April 27, 2024 – Symposium
Full day of educational sessions, exhibits, dinner, and final night event

Sunday, April 28, 2024 – Departures

VIRTUAL SYMPOSIUM AT A GLANCE

Many of the main Symposium Dallas sessions will be livestreamed for our virtual attendees.

We are also planning original virtual sessions that will include social meetups, expert speakers, and fun hands-on workshops for adults and youth!

Families registered for our virtual symposium before our application deadline of January 20th will be mailed complete care packages with supplies, resources, and event materials. 

Food vouchers will also be provided for participating attendees.

TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
Families awarded a scholarship are asked to pay a $150 fee to cover a portion of additional room costs. 

We offer Airfare Travel Scholarships and Driving Travel Scholarships.

All Travel Scholarships include:

• Roundtrip airfare OR Gas and tolls reimbursed, parking is free 
• 3 hotel nights at the beautiful Renaissance Dallas Hotel  
• Registration (includes access to all sessions)
• Catered meals included (all meal details will be included on the agenda)
• Access to final night event
• Childcare, tween and teen programs provided throughout event weekend
• In-room Bottled Water (Refreshed once per day)
• Wireless In-Room Internet
