Elementary Transition to Hybrid In-Person Instruction

Please submit your responses to this survey ASAP. The district's in-person instructional model will require classrooms of less than 15 students, PPE/mask-wearing, social distancing, extensive handwashing, increased ventilation and cleaning between classes. Students will either be all remote or will work part of the day with a teacher and the rest of the day remotely. Your bargaining team would like to know your thoughts on this transition, currently scheduled for February 1. This survey will close on Sunday, January 10@4:00PM.

When Highline provides the option for elementary students to receive in-person instruction (with all CDC and L&I requirements in place) which of the following best describes your intentions:
