You can fill it out as many times as you need. If you forget to log a day, you can add your minutes into the next day's total, as long as a new week of the competition hasn't started -- the rounds are listed below:
Round 1: March 1 - March 7
Round 2: March 7 - March 14
Round 3: March 14 - March 21
Fierce Four: March 21 - March 28
Championship: March 28 - April 4

The only part that is required are your minutes, feel free to fill in the optional information so we can see what age groups are participating the most and what texts are popular during this program!
