Registration form for the Pedagogical Prize dinner party!
On Friday 24th of March the Pedagogical Prize dinner party will be held at Universeum. During the evening, the nominees and the winner for the Pedagogical Prize 2022 will be presented (these have been decided and contacted beforehand). 

If you wish to attend the dinner, you must fill in this form. We will not be selling any tickets, which means that this form is final and "binding". If you register and then cannot come, you must contact us ASAP. The registration form will close on Sunday 12th of March at 23:59. After that, you will get an e-mail confirming whether or not you got a seat at the party. 

The dinner party is completely free for all guests (although, alcoholic beverages are optional and guests will pay for it themselves).

In alignment with our environment policy, the Software Engineering Student Division is by default lacto-ovo vegetarian (by default serving food containing no fish or meat, but dairy products). If you want fish/meat, you must OPT-IN here. 

See the next question for other food preferences/allergies. If you opt-in for fish/meat but the vegetarian menu suits your other food preferences/allergies better, you might be served that.

The Software Engineering Student Division (IT) will store the data collected in this form in conjunction with the pedagogical prize dinner party, the spring of 2023. The data will be accessed by the members of snIT. Anonymized data of the food preferences will be shared with the dinner party hosts at Universeum. All data will be deleted no later than 2023-06-30. Your name and e-mail will be used to contact you regarding whether you get a seat at the party. Your food preferences will be used to serve you correct food if you get a seat.

You have the right to retrieve and delete your personal data collected by IT, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) if you are dissatisfied with the management of your data.
