The feedback in any activity is imperative as it helps us to know where we stand in terms of our individual performance on the job. It gives us enormous scope to move forward in reaching our desired goals and objectives.
The IQAC of our university, as a facilitating unit, is providing us an opportunity to evaluate ourselves to identify achievements, self-designed targets, pupils’ satisfaction and the employment market demands. It is also a part in the NAAC’s institutional quality framework.
In this direction, the Vice-Chancellor as the Chairman of IQAC intends all the faculty members to participate in this initiative to reap in the benefits desired for the quality enhancement in teacher performance and also the university.
