Birds of a Feather - Open Call
What can we do together that we could not do alone?
How can we learn from - and with - each other?

Research takes care, work, and is often best when shared. With this in mind, we invite you to share your ideas so that we can consider them collectively.

During Craft Ways 2021: Tending to Craft, informal drop-in Zoom rooms will be organized around topics, ideas, and projects that you choose with the aim of sparking new possibilities for connection, expanding the conversation, and learning with each other.

What is something you'd like to consider collectively?

Please propose a topic (or a few!) that you'd like to consider collectively. A student-led committee will review all submitted topics, group similar inquiries, and select topics based on their potential to expand, connect, grow, tend, and care for the craft field. Topics for the first day of the symposium will be posted by July 12, but please continue to add ideas as you attend the symposium. These will be scheduled for days two and three.

Check the CraftWays 2021:Tending to Craft Eventify page (https://eventify.io/events/craft-ways-2021/home) for links to the possible rooms that folks can join.
