Thank you for participating in our study that explores faith & family experiences of our community, both growing up, and as an adult.

This survey is being conducted anonymously to promote safe and candid sharing.

The purpose of this study is to collect key insights of LGBTQ+ experiences to help educate friends, family and churches wanting to make positive change. We believe that starts with knowing our stories.
