Thank you for your interest in the Higher Ground Festival!

It is our best intention to bring Higher Ground Festival back to an NYC park's stage offered free to the community as we have done in the past, however with the present Covid crisis please be patient as we navigate this time to produce respectfully under the CDC, Federal, and State health guidelines. In 2020, we did produce a highly successful virtual performance series on a Washington Heights rooftop, so pivoting options are in place.

Please make sure to read all the below information before completing the application.

1.)  All applicants must reside in Northern Manhattan neighborhoods.

2.) Along with the Application, please submit (3) art samples via email. Depending on art focus this could be photographic, video, written text, etc.  Email to: HIGHERGROUNDFESTIVAL@GMAIL.COM.

3.) Form deadline has been extended to Monday, Feb. 22nd, 2021.
