Join Our Team
The Lit Advocate is growing to include many new, exciting programs and services! We invite teachers in Pasco County (and the surrounding areas) with experience teaching K-12 subject areas, reading specialists and interventionists, SLPs, and learning specialists to apply by completing the form below. This is a great opportunity for teachers who seek more flexibility in scheduling and who are looking to continue teaching privately on a part-time basis.

Who We Are
The Lit Advocate is a private education provider offering hybrid homeschools programs, small group classes, individualized tutoring, camps, reading clinics, and literacy evaluations for K-12 and homeschool students. Beginning Summer 2024, all in-person offerings - including hybrid homeschool, tutoring lessons, clinics, and camps will be held in Zephyrhills, in our new LILLY Learning Center.

We are currently seeking two to three teachers experienced in teaching a range of subject areas to students of all abilities in grades K-8; the position would be part-time and onsite at LILLY Learning Center, with some additional virtual hours available if desired.

Why We Do What We Do
We believe in an open-concept education that breaks down the walls of the traditional classroom to make learning a unique and powerful experience for each individual student. We believe in consistent, open communication between parents, students, and teachers; we believe "it takes a village."
