CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
You will receive a Field Trip Confirmation, along with an Invoice and Teacher's Pre-Visit Packet, by email when we have reserved a place for your field trip on our calendar. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 business days, please call us; the trip is not scheduled.

FIELD TRIP PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept credit cards or checks only.  No refunds will be issued.

Failure to make full payment or provide a school purchase order for the full amount within 7 days of the Field Trip Confirmation email date may result in the loss of your preferred date and time.

Programs take place rain or shine.
Rescheduled trips due to severe weather resulting in school closure or delayed opening will not result in a cancellation fee. We will make every possible attempt to reschedule trips cancelled because of weather.
