Thank you for your interest in a volunteer usher position with ATYP. The Rebel Theatre is a brand-new, 196 seat theatre on Pier 2/3, the new home of ATYP and we need YOU to help us welcome audiences back to the theatre.
Our first production for 2024,
Saplings, runs from 25 Jan – 4 Feb, and delves into the world of the youth justice system as part of Sydney Festival!
A volunteer usher shift is typically 3 hours. You will check tickets at the door, answer patron queries, and be stationed inside the auditorium during the show. Although you will have the opportunity to see the show, there may be times when you will need to assist patrons during the performance.
Full training will be provided, along with your very own ATYP T-shirt!
