My coaching is highly effective and proven to work. The structure is simple:

Every week, we have a one-hour Zoom meeting. This is our Strategy Session.

You will get a copy of the audio and a transcription of the audio file to read. Then, I will take my personal notes and turn them into your Strategy Script, which is personalized guidelines, exercises, and suggestions.

When we aren't on call, you'll have 24/7 access to me via text, WhatsApp, or Telegram. This is a way for you to reach out to me whenever you need me, via call or text. Be it a question, you need encouragement, or you're in the heat of the moment, I am there for you. My other clients are amazed at how helpful this is alone.

In addition to everything mentioned above, you'll also get access to all of my other Quit-Porn resources, including many pre-create coaching exclusive exercises, worksheets, and guidelines. These exercises can be used anywhere at anytime and are proven to get you out of temptation, avoid relapse, and even escape a relapse while it's happening.
