–How much do commissioned sets usually cost?
A custom 7-piece, sharp-edged dice set starts at $100USD. 9-piece sets (including an extra d20 and d2 coin) start at $120. Single d20s start at $30, all other dice start at $10.
Prices will vary based on the cost of any inclusions or extra dice that might be requested. For example, adding blanks with decals to a set is +$25 to the total, and adding liquid cores is +$10 per individual die.

–What comes in a 7-piece set?
Our 7-piece sets include a d4, a d6, a d8, a d10, a d%, a d12, and a d20.

–I bought a commission slot from your website! How do I proceed?
Fill out this form with the same name and email address you used for your order from the website, and check the "I've paid my deposit!" box at the end. We'll reach out to you via email when we've received your response!

–How long does it take for you to complete a commissioned set?
This varies depending on a number of different factors, such as how many dice are in the set, how long it takes to acquire any inclusion materials, etc. Typically, we hold ourselves to a timeline of 1-2 weeks, once testers have been approved and the commission has been paid for.

–How do you choose which commissions to take first?
We work on a schedule that prioritizes commissions in styles that are familiar to us, that we know we can complete with the materials we have on hand. If you feel your request may have been overlooked, feel free to email us at shopdungeondepths@gmail.com.

–Where do you ship? How much does shipping cost?
We can ship to anywhere in the world, with the exception of certain areas of active conflict. We are, however, based in the US, which means that shipping to other continents can get a little pricey.
But don't worry– we'll discuss shipping rates for your location before we get started on your commission, so you won't be surprised.
