Please complete each step during your item pick up and submit when finished. Consignor checks will be emailed by Monday with instructions on how to cash/deposit them at your bank.

Consignor Check-In: Show your consignor number at front desk and get a sticker with your number so we can check it against your items on the way out.

I have checked the hallway for large or bulky items that do not fit easily in a bag or bin (sorted by consignor LETTER only so look around well in the area with your letter) *

I have checked the east gym for items in the bin/bags with my consignor number.  You could have multiple bins/bags marked with your consignor number if you brought a large number of items so check BOTH sides of your main bin to make sure. *

I have checked the west gym for my clothing items.  We have double checked, but please look through them again to make sure they are all yours. BRING ANNETTE ANY MIS-SORTS! Please also check the consignor plate before and after yours to make sure there are none of your items that may have been mis-sorted.  We have about 40 people sorting 30,000+ items in 4 hours so mistakes can and will be made! *

I have checked the missing tags and pulled items area in the lobby for items that may have become separated from their tags and for things that may have been pulled from the sale for stains/damage/etc

You must show your tag (from your tagging account) for the item you are taking to your walk through “buddy”. 

I have claimed any high value items that were secured during the sale (see team leader in the lobby before you leave).

I understand that any items left behind will be donated. Please ask for help if you are having difficulty finding an item and we will attempt to help you during pickup. 

 While your consignor waiver states that JBF Springfield is not responsible for missing/damaged items, we want to try to help you if we can! If after asking for help on site, you seem to be missing something of value over $25, fill out a missing item form contained in your pickup reminder email before tomorrow at noon.
