Reference Form for NLC Teen Applicant
The National Leadership Council (NLC) is a four-year program for high school teens designed to foster spiritual growth and develop servant leadership skills. Teens engage with their peers in a Bible-based curriculum, learn the value of serving others and experience Christian Science in action.
Students engage in leadership curriculum and activities, and work toward the Congressional Award. Classes of 20 students and their 2 adult leaders communicate through monthly Zoom calls and committee work, as well as in person twice a year, during summer experiences and at the All Class Retreat. Local mentors support students throughout the program by providing helpful guidance and wisdom and by engaging in assignments and activities with them.
We value the perspective your insights bring to the overall application process. Please know that your reference is confidential and will not be shared with the applicant. Thank you for sharing about this NLC Applicant.
