Did you know that funds raised from our events benefit both the secondary AND primary phases?

We are looking for a good number of student, parent and staff volunteers, from both phases of the school, to assist with this year's magical Frost Fair on Saturday 2nd December, 12-4pm. If you are able to volunteer before, during or after this event, please complete this form.

Students that sign up AND attend their slot(s) will receive house points, plus one lucky student will win a £20 Amazon voucher!
Students - please check with your family before signing up.
Larch students MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Upon completion of this form, you will receive a copy of your responses.

You will be emailed with confirmation of your slot, closer to the event.

When could you help? 
If you have completed this form you will be allocated a volunteer slot at the Frost Fair.  You will be emailed during November with confirmation of where your support will be needed.

On the day of the fair, which 60 minute slot(s) can you help with?

We will allocate you to however many slots you select. 

EG: If you select three consecutive slots, we will assume that you are able to volunteer on all three.

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your slot to enable smooth hand over and to relieve other volunteers promptly.
