Learning Center Day Request- West Village Academy - 2020/2021
As we work to come up with a plan for students to attend school once a week for a full day, we would like to give parents that have chosen the Hybrid option the choice on the day that your student(s) will attend WVA in-person Learning Center.

All hybrid sessions will follow COVID-19 safety protocols for schools. There will be no more than 32 students scheduled per day. Once a day reaches 32 students, it will be removed from the choices below.

Please complete and submit your request by March 12, 2021.If you do not complete the request, a day will be chosen for you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Continuation of Learning:
             -Online/Virtual Learning will include face-to-face instruction with students via video conferencing on a weekly basis. Coursework activities that would be traditionally provided in-person will be given to students and parents online. A designated schedule for face-to-face instruction, as well as coursework will be provided with deadlines. Assessments will also be assigned for completion virtually. “Virtual” and online will be interchanged.

            --Hybrid learning will mean students will come to the building for in-person learning for at least once a week to receive support and instruction on their learning cycle. Hybrid learning will also include face-to-face instruction with students via video conferencing on a weekly basis.
