Payment must be made 2 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session at the latest (a payment link will be provided). In case for any reason your scheduled session can not run you will be given a full refund. You can also cancel your session up to 2 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. There is no refund for not using the full 30 minutes once a session is started and also if you fail to show-up at the scheduled time.
