**There will be a waiting list for teams that could not register in time
**Limited availability for Dinner Guests as well                                 

  1. For Team Golfers : Team name must be input by all team members to be considered completed
  2. For Team Golfers: Incomplete teams should input after team name:  "add player" 
  3. For Individual Golfers: Team name should be input as:  "n/a"
  4. Assigned teams will be determined by the order of registration
  5. Waiting list teams will be on reserve and be notified if an opening is available
  6. Please use this form to determine your total
  7. Team names will be posted on leaderboard
  8. ***Registration + Payment in full for team/dinner guests will be considered reserved***
  9. ***Refunds are only available if there is a team/dinner guest that can substitute the reservation***
  10. Unregistered teams/dinner guests can still register, however do not submit any payment.  Payment does not guarantee a reservation.  Wait queue is based on registration and availability first.
  11. Event will not be cancelled for inclement weather
  12. Rules for Reservations for golf/dinner is dictated by venue rules/limitations. 
  13. Dinner is buffet style, Venue does not have a discount for children
  14. Verify your registration information is correct as well as the rest of your team for timely approval

Golfers: Complete Golf Registration Form - Pay for yourself and any other Dinner Guests you would like to purchase.  
Golf Wait List: A wait list will be created for those who registered but could not get approved (limited space) referred to as Registered Team.  Those that register after the cutoff, will be referred to as Unregistered Team.   Registered teams will have priority over Unregistered teams in queue.
