Medical Lake Softball Registration Form

It wouldn’t be Founders Day without the traditional Men’s Slow Pitch Softball Tournament. Tournament
runs all weekend Friday through Sunday at Waterfront Park, 1300 S LeFevre St, Medical Lake, WA.

Registration is open to class A/B and C/D teams each playing on their own field, within their class.

Players must be 18 years of age or older on game day. Three-game guarantee. Championship games start Sunday at 2:00pm.
