KWC is excited to host its annual gala fundraiser after a two-year hiatus!

The success of this incredible event is dependent upon those that choose to donate their time to help facilitate a smooth run of show. We cannot thank you enough!

9:00 am - 10:00 pm - All Hands On Deck Super Volunteer For Whatever. (Food provided by KWC.)

9:30 - 11:00 am - Loading at location TBD and unloading at River Ranch. (5 Volunteers needed.)

4:00 - 6:30 pm - Check-in for the event. (6 Volunteers needed.)

6:00 - 7:30 pm - Raffle ticket sales during the event. (2 Volunteers needed.)

7:00 - 8:30 pm - Live Auction spotters and filming during the event. (3 Volunteers needed.)

7:30 - 9:00 pm - Check-out during and after the event. (4 Volunteers needed.)

8:30 - 10:00 pm - Clean-up and load-out/drop-off after the event. (At least 5 Volunteers needed.)
