As we prepare for the reopening of school in the Fall of 2020 it is very important that we collect feedback from our parents/guardians about their thoughts about reopening, busing, and each of the three possibilities (remote, in person, hybrid) as well as collect feedback on the Spring 2020 remote learning and device loaner process.

Please submit only one survey response per family. There will be an opportunity within the survey to provide remote learning feedback for each child who participated.
