IMPORTANT INFORMATION:


Please read the following information carefully before filling out this form:

In order to attend the annual budget hearings in the SPRING, you must be an approved and registered student organization through the Smith Campus Center. If you are a brand new group that has not been registered previously with the SCC Office, go to Engage and follow instructions to start a new organization. This process will take at least a week (sometimes longer). If you are not registered by the deadline, you cannot under any circumstances present a budget request at the budget hearings.

** THIS FORM IS MANDATORY FOR ALL 5C CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS POMONA-ONLY CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS. YOU MUST SUBMIT THESE FORM BEFORE YOUR ORGANIZATION CAN RECEIVE A BUDGET ALLOCATION FOR 2024-2025. **

This form is designed to give us an understanding of ways that your club and organization is serving the student body. Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability, and if you have any questions, contact Daysi Manrique, ASPC Vice President of Finance at vpfinance@aspc.pomona.edu.

Things to keep in mind when submitting budgets:

The combined budget for clubs from all 5C clubs is around $255k. There is 150 clubs. The average 5C club receives a little under 2k. Please submit serious budgets only.
