Senior Product Operations Data Analyst
We are actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Data Architect contractor to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive KPI tree and operational dashboard for our SaaS product, aligned with our Product Operations principles. This role is crucial in establishing robust data infrastructure, designing a comprehensive KPI tree, and integrating key metrics into a user-friendly dashboard to enhance our product-focused operations and enable our OKR tracking.
Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Development: Design and implement a scalable data infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with existing systems and supports our product operations.
Dashboard Design: Craft a visually compelling operational dashboard that effectively displays key KPIs and metrics, focusing on user experience and design aesthetics.
Data Integration and Process Creation: Integrate various data sources for real-time tracking and establish efficient, scalable processes for data collection, ensuring a streamlined approach to maintaining the operational dashboard.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Architect or Analyst, particularly in establishing data infrastructures, designing KPI trees, and building operational dashboards.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, databases, and BI tools, with a strong understanding of Product Operations principles and their application in business processes.
Demonstrated ability to distill complex metrics into actionable insights.
Strong facilitation skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration and effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
