As we continue planning for the upcoming year, we need to know what our parents' comfort level is on returning to school and what learning models they prefer at this time. We realize there are still many unknowns, but we are trying our best to plan based on the local and state health and safety COVID-19 guidelines and requirements for our families, students, and teachers.

At this time, how comfortable is your family with your child(ren) attending school on campus, as much as possible, while following local and state health and safety guidelines? *

At this time, what is your FIRST choice of a learning model for your children returning to school? *

On Campus Learning Model (as much as possible). This is as close to the normal school experience as possible, with students attending school 5 days/week. Preventative hygiene policies are implemented with realistic physical distancing guidelines, as well as other local and state requirements.

Hybrid Learning Model - This model combines on campus learning with coordinated online experiences. This model recognizes that Distance Learning does not provide the social interaction that many students desire; therefore, a hybrid model provides face-to-face learning approx. 50% of the time, while leveraging remote learning experiences the other 50%.

Remote Learning Model - This is full remote learning with students learning through Zoom instruction and Google Classroom for assignments. Teachers would have weekly check-ins with students.

Remote Learning Model - full time

If you chose remote learning full time, which method of remote learning do you prefer.

Synchronous ("live" instruction) with some asynchronous lessons. Synchronous means the student would be in 'live" Zoom instruction for reading and math instruction, as well as some other subjects as feasible.

Asynchronous lessons, activities, projects (Students would not participate much in Zoom lessons, but would work at their own schedule with teacher check-ins)
