STEM Night is on Wednesday, June 5th! To help children prepare for STEM Night, we are offering a series of free, parent/guardian-run STEM workshops at Glover. During the workshops, we will introduce the children to the scientific method, help students craft their guiding question for their STEM project, and help the children prepare their presentations and/or posters to share with the public on June 5th. We hope by offering these workshops, children are able to work more independently at home on their STEM projects.
We're offering workshops on Tuesdays from 3:20 to 4:05 pm and Fridays from 8:00 to 8:45 am starting on Tuesday, April 30th and running through Friday, May 31st. Please sign your child up for either Tuesday or Friday workshops, but not both. Space is limited. We will follow-up with an email confirming your child has space in the workshop.
These workshops are only possible with volunteer help. The more volunteers we have, the more children can participate. If you are able to help, please sign up here.
