*Parents may attend the K5 Graduation Outing. The party table is for students and staff only. Please go directly to the location. Purchases are subject to location pricing policies. Student pick up will be done at AIP only. 

I understand by signing this form I am authorizing my child to attend the offsite K5 Graduation Outing trip with AIP. I understand that my child is to abide by all polices set forth in the AIP Handbook regarding discipline and trip attendance. I have spoken to my child about all behavior expectations for this trip.
