H2H sessions are generally, but not always, held over lunchtime on weekdays. Most hosts choose a start time between 10 and 11am and a finish time of 1/2pm. However, we can accommodate weekend or evening sessions too! Please let us know a few dates and times that work for you: *

Hosts are asked to provide tea/coffee and water, but many provide a light lunch or snack as well. There is absolutely no obligation to do so. You could also ask guests to bring their own dish for a potluck, it's completely up to you. What refreshments will be provided at your session? *
