6. Each Member shall abide by the rules and regulations of Hong Kong Seagulls, as well as the house rules of the pubs, restaurants, bars or any other venues that Hong Kong Seagulls uses for social gatherings/ events.

7. Hong Kong Seagulls and its officials shall not be liable for any misconduct on the part of its members at any time.
