Board Game Packaging and Consumer Decision-Making

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this research. This study is conducted as part of a Bachelor thesis at IMC Fachhochschule Krems, focusing on the impact of board game packaging elements on the purchasing decisions of young adult, non-hobbyist consumers.

The goal of this research is to understand which visual and informational packaging elements influence consumer choices when purchasing board games. The insights gained will be used to identify key packaging features that impact consumer preferences, potentially assisting game designers and marketers in creating more appealing packaging.
