Please complete this form and submit online to register for the MCAG holiday show - December 2-4 and 9-11.  
There are two events:  Reception for MCAG patrons: December 1, 5:30-8pm;  Opening Reception: December 3, 5-7 pm. The location is the same as the 2021 Holiday show - Main Street at South River Colony, Edgewater.

All applicants must be MCAG members. No applications will be accepted if your annual dues ($40 + $20 late fee) are not paid by November 2, 2022. Application fee: $40 ($42 online) by November 2, and $50 ($52 online) thereafter. The final deadline for application is November 16, 2022. The sales commission is 15%.
