*If you have more than one child, you must fill out a separate form for each child.*
This form contains a lot of information and collects a lot of information. It will take some time to complete. It will save as you go and you can resume where you left off.

The 2024-2025 rates will not be finalized by the district until later in 2024. These are the 2023-2024 rates and are subject to change before the program begins in August.

2023-2024
A one-time a year, non-refundable registration fee of $40 per family will be required.  If the child transfers to another school where a program exists, the $40 fee must be paid again.  Weekly fees apply for the program and are as follows:
