I am available to help SET UP FOR and BREAK DOWN AFTER the festival on the following days and times (check ALL that apply): {Note that MUCH HELP is still needed on all set up and break down days.}

Sunday, July 10: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (20 people: Set-up Hall, Banners, Signs inside, Flags, Wi-Fi cords, registers)

Monday, July 11: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (20 people: Set-up tables and chairs in tents, set-up bars, gyros, vendor area, booth set-up by chairs)

Monday, July 11: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (20 people: Set-up tables and chairs in tents, set-up bars, gyros, vendor area, booth set-up by chairs)

Tuesday, July 12: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (20 people: Fill tzaziki cups)

Tuesday, July 12: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (20 people: Set-up tables and chairs in tents, set-up bars, gyros, vendor area, booth set-up by chairs)

Tuesday, July 12: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (20 people: Set-up tables and chairs in tents, set-up bars, gyros, vendor area, booth set-up by chairs)

Wednesday, July 13: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (20 people: Cut & fill onion cups)

Thursday, July 14: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (20 people: Cut & fill tomato cups, place tablecloths on tables outside)

Sunday, July 17: 6:30pm -11pm (closing of festival) - 20 people - break down booths, take down signs, flags, put everything where it belongs)

Monday, July 18: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (20 people: coordinate pick up of equipment, miscellaneous tear down and clean up)

I want to share my talents in the following areas DURING the Festival. Please note specific shifts that are still available for each booth area, and check all areas you wish to volunteer. Thank you!

Baklava Sundae (working with GOYAns) Saturday 10:30am-3:00pm

Drive Thru - Friday 2:30pm-7pm

Drive Thru - Saturday 6:30pm-11pm

Loukoumades - Saturday, 6:30pm-11:00pm
