Payment Policy: 1. A place is only secured once this form has been received along with a deposit of £100 or the full amount. 2. Deposits are non-refundable. 3. Full payment should be completed by 28th February 2022. 4. Cancellations less than four weeks before the start of the course must be paid for in full unless the place can be taken by someone else, in which case there will be only an administrative charge of £50. We regret there can be no refunds once the retreat has begun. 5. If you have Covid symptoms when the retreat is about to begin, then of course you mustn't come, and your fee will be refunded minus the deposit. It is expected that everyone will take extra care in the weeks before the retreat to minimise the possibility of contracting and spreading Covid to other participants. Please take a lateral flow test on the Friday morning before the retreat begins. Obviously this is still an unpredictable situation so if any other measures are required by March, we will remain flexible and keep communications open to work out how to conduct the retreat safely for all. *
