Veterans Wall of Honor Application
The Veterans Wall of Honor Project celebrates those who have graduated from, are current residents, or have ever lived in Crittenden County. Please complete the following form and then EMAIL A PHOTO, including the full name of the veteran in the subject line, to bridgette.porter@crittenden.kyschools.us.

Spearheaded by long-time educator and coach, Denis Hodge, constructed by the Crittenden County Schools maintenance team, and painted by art teacher Elizabeth Rodriguez and Crittenden County high school art students, the Veterans Wall of Honor features those who have served our country in all branches of the armed forces. Information from this form will be used to design the veteran's framed photo which will be placed on the wall, housed in our Rocket Arena Conference Room.
