Chromebook Request Form 23-24 SY
Students completing this form can expect to receive a Chromebook to borrow from Ignite for the 2023-24 school year. The sole purpose of this form is to have a device set aside for the student. Requests received by 2pm, will be fulfilled the following school day.

Preparing for picking up your Chromebook on the first day of school
On the first day of school, Chromebooks will be assigned to students needing to borrow a device. By filling out this form the scholar agrees to:

Students may be assigned district-owned mobile devices (laptops/Chromebooks) and chargers. These devices may go home as instructional needs require. Students assume financial responsibility for damages incurred outside of normal, responsible use or theft of district property. Per 08.2323 in Board Policy, individuals shall reimburse the Board for repair or replacement of district property lost, stolen, damaged or vandalized while under their care. Repair/replacement costs will be quoted by the appropriate vendor for pricing.

STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PUT STICKERS ON SCHOOL-OWNED DEVICES. DOING SO WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ACT OF VANDALISM.
