Rules:
  • To participate, you need to get one of these cards: - AEGEE Erasmus Student Card (5€) - AEGEE Membership Card (15€)
  • Access is allowed only if you receive the invitation message on Whatsapp
  • In the invitation message, you will get to know the address and how to pay
  • Payment (22€) must be done in advance, in order to know how many people will join the open bar
  • In case of cancellation of the party by the association, you will be completely refund.
FAQ:
  • Can I pay for the party and the card  in the same transference?  Yes, you can
  • I payed for the card while booking another event. Do I have to pay it again? No
  • I payed for the card while booking this event. When will I receive it ? We will give you the physical card during the first event you will attend or directly during the party (if this will be your first activity).
  • Do I need to have the physical card to subscribe the form? No, but we will check your card before enter the party, so take it with you.
  • I subscribed in the form. Is my place confirmed? No, your place will be confirmed only when we receive the payment. This means that somebody who subscribes after you, but pays us before will take the place
