Individual expressive arts therapy sessions
We provide confidential and supportive environment for individual arts-based psychotherapy. The therapeutic use of different expressive arts modalities, such as drawing, painting, clay work, dance/movement, music, drama, writing, etc., promote holistic health and lead us to reach fuller potential. The therapist is present to support and facilitate your self-discovery journey through the creative process. You will be able to address your feelings and thoughts, enhance self-understanding and tackle challenges such as stress from study, work or being a carer, interpersonal relationship, career development, change management, retirement anxiety or adjustment.
