If you completed this form before 4:30pm on September 21st, 2022, your child has already been placed on a team and we will see them at Spring Soccer Club's first practice on September 28th, 3:30 - 4:30pm. If you missed this deadline, we welcome you to sign up your child for Spring Soccer Club in April 2022. Go Mustangs!
