Health and safety is important to us. Henein Hutchison LLP (“HH”) actively screens patrons, even if you have been vaccinated, as per the advice of Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health. The questions in this tool have been defined by the Ministry of Health and will be used to determine if we can accommodate your request to visit our offices.

**Mandatory Vaccination Policy

Henein Hutchison LLP (“HH”) is adopting a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all lawyers, staff, visitors, and clients visiting our offices at 235 King Street East (the “office”).

Beginning September 7, 2021, anyone attending the office will have to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by either Health Canada or the US FDA. Proof includes a paper or digital confirmation of a ‘second valid dose’ as routinely issued by public health and Ontario clinics.
 
Attendance by unvaccinated clients and visitors is highly discouraged. If a client or essential visitor is not vaccinated and must attend the office in order to permit us to render professional services effectively, they will have to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their appointment time and pass a rapid test at the time of entry. Proof includes a paper or digital confirmation of a ‘second valid dose’ as routinely issued by public health and Ontario clinics.
