Challenging Family Dynamics- A Group for Adult Children

Thank you for your interest in Hope Therapeutic Service's peer support group exploring experiences related to challenging dynamics. This space is intended to be an opportunity for adult children to share experiences related to difficult family dynamics and how this continues to impact the way in which they view themselves and others, communicate with their parent/caregiver, take responsibility for feelings of themselves and others, as well as learn ways to better take care of themselves on both the hard days and days that bring joy. This group is an opportunity to release, rebuild and reconnect. This group has a max participant number of 8-10 individuals and meets weekly Fridays 12:30pm-1:30pm virtually.
